Plan Designs for Any Beneficiary
Group/employer MSAs for beneficiaries utilizing direct primary care practices
Plus Members a) enjoy paid membership in direct primary care (DPC) practices contracted with Fenyx Health OR b) can earn up to $1,200 in additional deposit funds each year (up to $100 per month) with proof of a paid membership in a non-contracted DPC.
Employees, retirees, spouses and dependents – select the best option for you. All amounts shown are full-year amounts unless otherwise stated below. Deposits and deductibles are prorated for partial year enrollments. Requests for additional deposits must be submitted within 3 calendar months of when the membership was paid. Additional deposit funds are forfeited for unclaimed or improperly claimed DPC membership, and will be applied to medical expenses for Fenyx Health’s entire member population. Plans subject to change.

MSAs for self employed individuals and/or their spouse
Meet the most HSA-like Medicare Advantage plan. Your business/group entity can contribute funds to your MSA bank account. All amounts shown are full-year amounts unless specified below. Deposits and deductibles are prorated for partial year enrollments. Enrollees must attest they or their spouse either meet the IRS’ definition of a sole proprietor or are the owner of a corporation.
For 2026 plans, the group can choose to pay the fee/receive the deposit on a monthly or annual basis.
